SENDING A GIFT ?

We love to send beautiful gifts directly to the recipient making your life a little easier! Simply find the gift you'd like to buy, then choose to add gift wrapping on the individual product page for just £2. You can then select from one of our unique illustrated cards. Please add your message in the box and we will add a hand written message on your behalf. We will not include any price information with your order.

If your order contains more than one item for the same recipient we will wrap everything together without being charged multiple times. Please only add one gift wrap option. When you reach checkout please feel free to leave us a message with any requirements. We are here to help!  

FREE FIRST CLASS POST -  Spend £40 and over to receive our free Signed First-Class Postage using Royal Mail. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please allow a little longer during the holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know your reference number. You can use your reference number to check that the order has been delivered safely.

FIRST CLASS - SIGNED -  £3.95 using First-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please allow a little longer during the holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know your reference number. You can use your reference number to check that the order has been delivered safely.  

SECOND CLASS - SIGNED -  £2.95 using Second-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days. Please allow a little longer during the holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know your reference number. You can use your reference number to check that the order has been delivered safely.  

FULLY TRACKED & SIGNED - £7.95 using First-Class Royal Mail Postage. You will be able to track the journey of your order from the time it leaves the post office to the time it is delivered. We aim to deliver on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - £17 using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, you will be required to give a signature upon delivery. Please note that any taxes or duties must be payed by yourself at the destination country. We aim to deliver within 7-10 days. Please allow a little longer due to COVID and some BREXIT issues.

USA - We are sorry that currently our USA postage is unavailable. We hope to resume normal service soon.

Returns:

We are happy for you to return items if you live in the UK. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receiving your order. Please note we can't accept returns for sales items. 

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days. 

If you wish to make a return or replace with another item, please contact us with details, we will be happy to help.

Shipping:

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items without this service.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
