Our policy lasts 30 days and applies to non-sale items only.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items without this service.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
