UK - FREE 1st CLASS - SIGNED - Spend £45 and over to receive free  postage using Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your parcel between 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know your reference number. You can use your reference number to check that the order has been delivered safely. We are sorry that our small business is unable to combine free shipping with our new customer sign up code. 

UK - 1st CLASS - SIGNED -  £4.50 using First-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please allow a little longer during the holidays. UK -  2nd CLASS - SIGNED -  £3.50 using Second-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Please allow a little longer during the holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will let you know your reference number. You can use your reference number to check that the order has been delivered safely.  

UK -  NEXT WORKING DAY - SIGNED - £7.95 using First-Class Royal Mail special next day delivery. If you order before 1pm your order is guaranteed to arrived with you before 1pm the following day. Please note a signature is required. 

EUROPE - We are now sending parcels to our friends in Europe. We charge £12 for International Tracked Delivery. Please allow up to 12 working days for delivery. 

USA - We are now sending parcels to our friends in the USA. We charge £19 for International Tracked Delivery. Please allow up to 17 working days.

 It is the customers responsibility to pay any applicable customs or import charges. Delivery times to Europe and USA are estimated. Please be aware it could take longer or maybe super fast!!

SENDING A GIFT ?  

We love to send beautiful gifts directly to the recipient making your life a little easier! Simply find the gift you'd like to buy, then choose to add gift wrapping on the individual product page for just £2. You can then select from one of our unique illustrated cards. Please leave your message in the box and we will add a hand written message on your behalf. We will not include any price information with your order.

If your order contains more than one item for the same recipient we will wrap everything together without you being charged multiple times. Please only add one gift wrap option to one product. When you reach checkout please feel free to leave us a message with your requirements. We are here to help!  

Returns:

We are happy for you to return items if you live in the UK. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receiving your order. Please note we can't accept returns for sales items. 

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days.

Shipping:

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items without this service.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
