Where do you post?

We are happy to post within the UK and internationally; however international parcels are likely to take longer than normal. You may also have taxes to pay in your country before receiving your parcel.

Can I send direct to the recipient?      

Yes, of course! Simply add your gift and choose a card. Please proceed to "View Cart", scroll down and tap on -"THIS IS A GIFT" and leave your message in the box. Your message will be handwritten inside the card. We beautifully wrap your gift in tissue and ribbon to compliment the gift.  

Do you include an invoice with the parcel?   

No, we try to reduce the amount of extra paper we use. Please email us if you require a copy.

How much do you charge for postage?

FREE POST -  Spend £40 and over to receive our free Signed First-Class Postage using Royal Mail. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please allow a little longer during our sale. You will receive an email with a reference number. You can check when your order has been delivered and signed for; however you can't trach the progress of the parcels journey. 

FIRST - SIGNED -  £3.95 using First-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days. Please allow a little longer during our sale. You will receive an email with a reference number. You can check when your order has been delivered and signed for; however you can't track the progress of the parcels journey. 

SECOND - SIGNED -  £2.95 using Second-Class Royal Mail Postage. We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days. Please allow a little longer during our sale. You will receive an email with a reference number. You can check when your order has been delivered and signed for; however you can't track the progress of the parcels journey. 

FULLY TRACKED & SIGNED - £7.95 using First-Class Royal Mail Postage. You will be able to track the progress of your order from the time it leaves to the time it is delivered. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE -  EUROPE DELIVERY - £17 using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, you will be required to give a signature upon delivery. Please note that any taxes or duties must be payed by yourself at the destination country. Due to Brexit some customers have had to pay extra. Delivery 7-15 days.

Returns:

We are happy for you to return items if you live in the UK. Our returns policy lasts for 14 days after receiving your order. Please note we can't accept returns for sales items. 

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days. 

If you wish to make a return or replace with another item, please contact us with details, we will be happy to help.

Shipping:

If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items without this service.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
